Ηλεκτρονική δημοσκόπηση από Τετάρτη, 22 Νοεμβρίου 2023 (00:00) μέχρι Σάββατο 2 Δεκεμβρίου 2023 (24:00).

Ανακοίνωση των 3 e-posters με την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία: Κυριακή, 3 Δεκεμβρίου 2023 (17:30), κατά την διάρκεια τη τελετή λήξης της Διεθνούς Συνάντησης ΕΑΑΟ στο ξενοδοχείο The Met Hotel στην Θεσσαλονίκη 2-3.12.2023.

Κατευθυντήριες Γραμμές Διαγωνισμού

Κάθε συμμετέχων μπορεί να είναι ο κύριος συγγραφέας ενός (1) e-poster ή/και συν-συγγραφέας έως τριών (3) e-posters.
Η επίσημη γλώσσα των e-posters είναι η Αγγλική.
Τα e-posters πρέπει να διατηρούν μια συγκεκριμένη εσωτερική δομή σχετικά με την Εισαγωγή, τους Σκοπούς, την Παρουσίαση κλινικών περιπτώσεων, τα Συμπεράσματα και επιπλεγμένη Βιβλιογράφια.
Τα e-posters θα πρέπει να έχουν επεξεργαστεί σε 16:9 landscape format (π.χ. 25.4 cm x 14.28 cm) και να υποβληθούν σε ένα ανοιχτό έγγραφο pdf max. 10MB. [Σημ. Για περαιτέρω βοήθεια, οι συμμετέχοντες ενθαρρύνονται να κατεβάσουν την ειδική παρουσίαση Power Point® (TCY.pptx), να επεξεργαστούν ανάλογα το e-poster και να αποθηκεύσουν τη διαφάνεια ως μία εικόνα ή να την εκτυπώσουν και να την αποθηκεύσουν ως αρχείο pdf].
Τα e-posters θα πρέπει να υποβάλλονται μέσω του επίσημου e-mail της Ακαδημίας info@haed.gr. Για την προθεσμία δείτε τις σημαντικές ημερομηνίες που αναφέρονται παραπάνω.
Η αξιολόγηση των e-posters θα πραγματοποιηθεί με ηλεκτρονική δημοσκόπηση μέσω της ιστοσελίδας της EAAO (50%) και από Επιτροπή Αξιολόγησης (50%). Για την περίοδο αξιολόγησης δείτε τις σημαντικές ημερομηνίες που αναφέρονται παραπάνω.
