Guidelines

• Each participant can be the main author of one (1) e-poster or/and co-author of maximum three (3) e-posters.
• The official language of the e-posters is English.
• E-posters must maintain a specific internal structure regarding Introduction, Objective(s), Case(s) presentation, Conclusion(s) and Selective References.
• E-posters should be elaborated in a 16:9 landscape format (i.e. 25.4 cm x 14.28 cm) and submitted in an open pdf file of maximum 10MB. [NB. For further assistance, participants are encouraged to download our special Power Point® presentation (TCY.pptx), elaborate the e-poster accordingly and save slide as a single image or print and save as a pdf file].
• E-posters should be submitted via the Academy’s official e-mail info@haed.gr. For deadline see important dates stated above.
• E-poster evaluation will be performed by an online poll through HAED web page (50%) and by the “The Case of the Year” Evaluation Committee (50%). For the evaluation period see important dates stated above.
