The Executive Committee of the Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (HAED ExCo) announces the photo competition PHOTOCONTEST2024 “Live your Dental Life” and invites you to participate until October 20, 2024 with beautiful photos of dental interest.

The first 3 photos selected will receive recognition and gifts. Put on your brightest smile, good mood and let your phones or cameras do the rest… Live life with a dental look!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Email us (info@haed.gr) your photo with the attached participation statement and license stated below until Sunday 20th of October 2024 at 24:00.
• Each participant can participate exclusively with one (1) photo.
• The submission of photos must be done in digital format (high resolution JPEG)
• The photos must be original, and the participant must have the copyright.
• The subject of the photographs is free in terms of artistic style, hue, processing and orientation (landscape/portrait) but they should be of dental interest.
• The evaluation of the photographs will be done by electronic voting (1 vote/IP) through the Academy’s website www.haed.gr and by 50% by a special committee appointed by the HAED EXCo.
• Participants are not allowed to post their photo on other websites or social media and ask for support by voting.
• The first 3 selected photos will receive recognition and gifts by our Gold Sponsors and the winners will be announced on November 2, 2024 at the meeting “Dental Esthetics. The Dental Technician Perspective” that will take place at “Stratos Vasilikos Hotel”. All winners will be notified by email to the email address they submitted their photos.
• In order for the participation to be considered as valid, each participant must indicate by pasting in the body of the participation email his/her name, surname and the following participation statement and license to exploit photography in print and electronic media.

I hereby declare my participation in the photo contest PHOTOCONTEST2024 “Live your Dental Life” with the attached photo, agree to the terms and conditions and grant the following license to exploit it in print and electronic media.

With this license to exploit the copyright on my photography, as a photographer creator, I grant to the Hellenic Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry all the property rights that my photograph has, such as the publication, reproduction, adaptation or other alteration as well as the preservation of my photograph in the archive of the Academy and I declare that I do not wish any remuneration for such exploitations. It is agreed that my name will be mentioned in every publication, copies of my photograph and/or any possible public use.
