Dr. Kleanthis Manolakis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. He graduated from the School of Dentistry, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg, Germany; completed his thesis at the same university and was awarded the Dr.Med.Dent. degree at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Head Prof. Dr. Dr. W. Schilli). Completed a two-year post-doctorate training in fixed prosthodontics and dental implants at the Center of Dental Medicine, Department of Prosthodontics, University of Zürich, Switzerland (Head Prof. Dr. P Schärer); as well as a six-month clinical internship at the Center of Dental Medicine, Department Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, University of Zürich, Switzerland (Head Prof. Dr. Dr. H. F. Sailer). Since 1995 Dr. Manolakis maintains a private practice focusing in esthetics and dental implants in Thessaloniki, Greece. Founding member, since 2012 Treasurer and currently President of the Hellenic Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (2022-2024). Country Chairman Greece for the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry. Course director and instructor for international training courses.
