The Case of the Year 2025
The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (HAED) announces the online e-poster competition “The Case of the Year 2025”, which concerns clinical and/or laboratory cases covering the entire spectrum of Esthetic Dentistry.
Participation is open to Greek or foreign dentists and/or dental technicians, regardless of whether they are members of HAED, and free of charge, according to the following guidelines:
- Each participant may be the main author of one (1) e-poster and/or co-author of up to three (3) e-posters.
- The official language of the e-posters is English.
- The e-posters must follow the following internal structure:
- Introduction
- Aim
- Presentation of clinical case(s)
- Conclusion(s)
- Selected bibliography (up to 3 references).
- The e-posters should be submitted in horizontal 16:9 landscape format (e.g., 25.4 cm × 14.28 cm) as an open PDF file, maximum size 10 MB.
- [Note: From September 1st, participants are encouraged to download from our website (www.haed.gr) a special PowerPoint® template (TCY2025.pptx) to prepare their e-poster, save the slide as a PDF, JPEG, etc.]
- The e-posters must be submitted by e-mail to info@haed.gr no later than November 23d, 2025.
- Evaluation of the e-posters will be carried out through an online voting process an Evaluation Committee.
The three (3) winners of the competition will receive awards (printed certificate and gifts from HAED Platinum Sponsors).
The announcement of the winners as well as the presentation of the best case will take place on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at 14:30, at the Eugenides Foundation, within the framework of the HAED International Meeting Athens 2025.
