Refund Policy & Cancellation

Cancellations or modifications of completed transactions made through the haed.gr website, upon user request, are not accepted.

In the event of cancellation of an event due to the sole responsibility of HAED, provided that the event is organized exclusively by HAED, the ticket purchase amount will be refunded to the debit or credit card used for the original transaction, in accordance with the legal framework governing international card schemes. In exceptional cases and subject to prior agreement, the refund may be processed via bank transfer.

In cases where HAED acts as an intermediary for events organized by third parties, or where tickets are issued for events organized by third parties, the responsibility for refunds and cancellation policies lies solely with the respective event organizer and not with HAED. Any related decision is made exclusively by the third-party organizer.

HAED shall bear no liability for event cancellations or modifications resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist acts, governmental or legal orders, matters of national security, strikes or demonstrations, road blockages, extreme weather or geophysical phenomena, war, or other similar circumstances.
In such cases, where the cancellation of the event is unavoidable, HAED reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis, including the possibility of not issuing refunds for purchased tickets.
