Raising the Vertical Dimension of Occlusion with Non-Prep and Reduced-Aerosol Dentistry.

We live in a very dynamic but weird times, both in the world of economy and in the world of dentistry as well. In the last decade we experienced the great advances in the dental technology but in the same time went through two really bi economical crises. The last one was connected to the epidemiological situation due to Coronavirus which completely has changed the dental perspective for economy and prevention of contamination. In this difficult time the dental community had to be able working different way, avoiding as much as possible the usage of the aerosol. In this presentation the author will concentrate on complex tooth wear clinical cases which can be solved in more economical and faster way using direct composite resin dentistry.
The special emphasis will be dedicated for raising the vertical demotion of occlusion with no-prep direct restorations. The feasible and predictable protocol of A, B, C, D clinical steps will be presented.
